What we collect
Through the application form we collect your name, phone number, email address, country, age, English level, sales experience, earliest start date and any additional information you choose to share. We also record the language version of the site you applied through.
Why we collect it
Your data is used solely to assess your application, contact you about recruitment opportunities and, where you progress, to arrange interviews, training and relocation with the relevant partner company.
Who we share it with
We share application data with the partner company considering you for a position. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for unrelated marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
Application data is retained for up to 24 months from submission so we can contact you about suitable future openings, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent at any time by emailing careers@nextagenthub.com.
